  MPT (Metal Bond Micron Powder) Features: Manufactured using high-quality diamonds as the base material, it has a uniform and blocky shape, concentrated particle size distribution, and a pure surface. Oversized and fine sizes are strictly controlled. Applications: Suitable for the lapping of optical glass, ceramics, SiC, semiconductors, and sapphire wafers. It is widely applied in vitrified bond, metal bond, and electroplated tools. PS: MPT can be coated with Ni, Ti, and Cu.

Applications: Suitable for lapping brittle materials such as optical glass, ceramics, and PCD. It is also suitable for the production of high-quality slurries and pastes. It is widely applied in vitrified bond, metal bond, and electroplated tools. PS: MPH can be coated with Ni, Ti, and Cu.

It is extensively applied in vitrified bonds, metal bonds, and electroplated tools. PS: MPS can be coated with Ni, Ti, and Cu.

  GMP (Resin Bond Micron Powder) Features: It is a resin bond micron powder. It has a gray color, blocky shape, high crushability with a polycrystalline structure, concentrated particle size distribution, and excellent self-sharpening properties, which produce new cutting edges during work. Applications: Suitable for lapping tungsten, glass, ceramics, quartz, etc. PS: GMP can be coated with Ni and Cu.
