We offer CT scan services using the Shimadzu Corporation's micro-focus X-ray CT system "inspeXio SMX-225CT FPD HR." We provide data that can be utilized by various customers for product development, quality control, and more. [Features] ■ Internal observation of insert molded and assembled products We accommodate the observation of mixed materials such as resin and metal in insert molded products, which were difficult to observe conventionally. This can be used for internal observation and identifying causes of defects. ■ Compatibility with various materials Our CT scanner, equipped with a high-sensitivity flat panel detector, supports a wide range of workpieces from electronic components to metals. ■ Inspection, measurement, and analysis Using the latest inspection and analysis software "VGStudio MAX" and "Geomagic ControlX," we provide data useful for defect improvement, such as confirming the position and size of voids, measuring wall thickness based on molding conditions, and comparing scan data with CAD data. ■ Reverse engineering We also offer the conversion of acquired data into design data (paper drawings, 2D/3D CAD data).
