The measurement object can be measured non-contact and non-destructively, allowing measurements to be taken without damaging the object.
Microwaves are emitted from a transmitter and received by a receiver, but if water is present in between, the signal attenuates with a high correlation to the amount of water. This is because water has an extremely high relative permittivity compared to other substances, allowing for highly accurate measurement of moisture in the material being tested. The microwave transmission-type moisture meter 'MM-94L' can be easily installed in existing lines and measures moisture instantly without contact or destruction, unaffected by the color or surface shape of the material, even measuring internal moisture. The measurement line can be set up with a maximum of 50 channels, and there are two methods for setting it up: directly inputting the coefficients of the calibration line or inputting data to automatically create the calibration line using the least squares method. 【Features】 ○ Sampling data moving average can be set from 0.1 to 3,600 seconds ○ Output options include 0-5V, 4-20mA, and communication output via RS232C ○ Alarms and communication output can be set by configuring upper and lower limits ○ Compensation for temperature, weight, etc. ○ Automatic initialization is possible depending on the type For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Company information
Looking back at the long history of Kawasaki Kiko Co., Ltd.'s development of tea processing machinery, it is also the history of the development of the Japanese tea industry. Since the founder, Imai Kawasaki, researched and prototyped the Yagi-style coarse rolling machine, we have continued to develop with the aim of improving the efficiency of tea production and enhancing quality, and we are still boldly pursuing research and development to meet the needs of next-generation tea production. We believe that the results of our efforts will surely become the foundation for the future development of the tea industry. Today, "tea" is a globally recognized health beverage. With a 3,000-year history, the ultimate health drink "tea" possesses functionalities such as soothing effects and catechins that are effective against lifestyle-related diseases, making it the most necessary beverage for people living in today's era. We consider it our mission to continue developing machinery to provide safe, high-quality "tea" that suits the tastes of people around the world.
