The high-performance OD4 short pass filter is designed to provide excellent blocking performance in the blocking band while maximizing transmission characteristics in the transmission band. It has a blocking performance with an optical density of 4.0 or higher (equivalent to a transmittance of 0.01% or less) in the blocking band, while achieving an average transmittance of over 91% in the transmission band. It is ideal for various applications, including biological uses. It complies with the physical strength standards of MIL-C-48497A (Section 3.4.1). The high-performance OD4 short pass filter can also be used in combination with the high-performance OD4 long pass filter to create custom bandpass filters.
