A must-see for prototype casting companies in Aichi Prefecture! It is possible to evaluate whether the prototypes are made according to the CAD data.
Are you evaluating whether the prototype is made according to the CAD data? We are conducting non-contact measurements of free-form surfaces using our high-precision non-contact 3D measuring machine. Since our customers require immediate evaluation of prototypes, we can measure and deliver within a short lead time! 【Features】 ■ Non-contact measurement of prototypes such as aluminum castings and FC cast products! ■ Accuracy inspection is possible by comparing CAD data with measurement data. ■ With color map display, thick areas appear in red and thin areas in blue, allowing visualization of issues such as casting shrinkage! ■ Evaluating shapes in three dimensions, such as free-form surfaces, contributes to cost reduction and efficiency in verification tasks! *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us directly.
