Degreasing cleaning system using a combination of hydrocarbon-based cleaning solvents (HC solvents) and fluorine-based cleaning solvents (HFE/HFC solvents) 【Features】 ○ Economical The cleaning solvents are reused through HC and HFE distillation units and HC/HFE separation units (significantly reduced solvent consumption). The expected solvent usage will be calculated and presented during estimation. ○ Safe Solvents from safe Class 4 and Class 3 petroleum products with high flash points can be used. Non-cleaned items will not exceed the boiling point of the fluorine-based cleaning solvents. ○ Cleaning Precision After cleaning with hydrocarbon-based cleaning solvents with a surface tension of approximately 25 nN/m, rinsing and drying are performed with fluorine-based cleaning solvents with a surface tension of approximately 13.6 nN/m.
