【Case Studies】 [Want to cut and jumper the wiring of the intermediate layer] ○ Successfully cut the pattern of the intermediate layer on a build-up board and pulled jumper wires from the 4th layer of an 8-layer board to incorporate a filter. [Want to create an IC checker with PC⇔USB connection specifications] ○ Prepared an IC socket to enable the replacement of the memory controller (QFP). ○ Manufactured a socket mounting board for installation on a USB memory. ○ Removed the memory controller and connected all pin jumper wires between its footprint and the board. ○ Fixed the board with the USB memory and socket using a jig (the jig was also designed by K-All).
