The hydrogen leak testing device injects an industrial mixed gas of 5% hydrogen and 95% nitrogen into the workpiece and detects trace amounts of hydrogen gas generated from leaks in the workpiece using a semiconductor sensor. It is suitable for detecting minute leaks and makes it easy to identify the leak location. It uses a tracer gas that is optimal for leak testing due to its low viscosity, small molecular weight, and high diffusivity. The settings can be easily selected on a monitor, so no special skills are required.
