Our flagship product, the cable checker, has evolved since the launch of its first model in 2018, continuously upgrading with added features year after year to meet the diverse needs of our customers. The connector shape can accommodate up to 50 pins and is fully customizable. Furthermore, by adding optional circuit board installation slots, it can incorporate features such as call functionality and DC power generator capabilities, with possibilities still expanding infinitely. The latest models even come equipped with an LCD, enabling data logging and automatic checks of the same cable through PC connectivity, demonstrating that our growth is ongoing! basic information
This is a contact checker that incorporates a microcontroller and a photo MOS relay, allowing for automatic make and break of contacts. There is no need for manual switching on and off, and it is possible to select the make interval. It is equipped with four types of buzzer sounds, allowing for differentiation by contact. Regarding connectors, full customization is available, allowing for placement according to customer needs in connector areas other than power USB and RJ-45 (up to 50-pin connectors; please consult us for possible combinations). By implementing an optional circuit board sold separately, additional functions can be added: - Intercom with ATECS1903 voice call unit - DC power supply up to 24V with ATECS1904 DC/DC unit We are also developing new units such as Wi-Fi units and alarm counter units. We will do our best to meet customer requests! In the latest model shown in the video, there are many new features, including log data acquisition via PC connection and automatic check functions for the same cable.
