In the case of conventional 100A piping, the labor and material costs for applying sealing material amounted to about 40 yen per joint (25 yen for labor and 15 yen for sealing material). <Light screwing torque> The lubricating effect of the sealing material reduces the tightening torque. Even with large-diameter piping, this excellent joint minimizes the occurrence of thread galling. <Transparent outer coating resin> The outer coating resin is transparent, allowing for the management of excess threads in buried piping. Additionally, the installation of the rubber ring can be visually confirmed during construction, ensuring that it is securely in place without twisting. <Threads do not rust> Since the sealing material already covers the threaded area, there is no concern about corrosion even during long-term storage.
