basic information
This dynamometer is equipped with four three-component force sensors installed between the top plate and the adjacent base plate under high preload. The special arrangement of the sensors minimizes the influence of temperature. Each sensor contains a quartz piezoelectric element, with one responding to force in the Y direction, and the other two responding to shear forces in the X and Z directions, respectively. The displacement caused by the load is also at a negligible level. The signals from the four force sensors are output via a 9-pin connector, allowing for the measurement of multi-component force moments. These sensors are grounded and insulated, eliminating ground loop issues. The dynamometer has been treated for rust prevention. Additionally, it achieves protection class IP67 when connected with cable types 1687B5 and 1677A5.
