Taguchi Industrial's "Continuous Belt Conveyor System" is a system that challenged the conventional wisdom of transporting excavated soil from tunnel boring out of the site using dump trucks, back in 1990. As excavation progresses, the belt conveyor extends, allowing for smooth removal of soil. The minimum curve radius is 30 meters, and with a width of 60 meters, a 180° turn is also possible.
