Are you considering updating your worn-out membrane modules? Why not recycle the membranes through cleaning and repair by membrane cleaning specialists at a dedicated cleaning factory?
Long-term use can lead to the accumulation and deposition of dirt that cannot be completely removed through backwashing or chemical cleaning in the operating line, gradually reducing filtration capacity. Additionally, if foreign substances mix into the operating line and damage the membrane, the turbidity that should be removed can end up in the treated water. Would you like to have membrane cleaning and repair conducted by experts at a specialized factory to fundamentally resolve these issues? In the factory, multiple types of specially heated chemicals are used for cleaning as needed. For immersed membranes, damage is detected visually and through pressure changes, and if repair is necessary, it is carried out according to the membrane material. Would you like to reduce the replacement costs of membrane modules through regular membrane cleaning and repair?

Company information
Japan Wacon was established in 1971 during a time when pollution issues were gaining attention and the need for wastewater treatment was increasing. Given the background of that era, our main business focused on wastewater treatment facilities for plating factories. Among them, we have had many dealings with so-called "local plating shops," which are difficult for major water treatment companies to serve. We have made various efforts to accommodate limited installation spaces and costs. As a result of these efforts, our long-selling products, such as the commissioned regeneration type ion exchange resin tower "Waconer" and the compact fully automatic filter press "WAP series," were born. Japan Wacon is a comprehensive water treatment equipment manufacturer. Just because we have our own brand of equipment does not mean we will always propose it; rather, we prioritize what type of equipment will satisfy our customers in terms of both performance and cost, and we propose pure water production equipment and wastewater treatment facilities accordingly. We are also focusing on enhancing our standard product lineup of water treatment equipment by leveraging the water treatment technology and design know-how for compact devices that we have cultivated over the years. Moving forward, we will continue to sincerely engage with water treatment technology to provide the best proposals for our customers, strive for technological improvement, and work diligently to support society through manufacturing that centers on water treatment.
