While cutting down on labor hours and material costs, straighten the piles and assemble the single pipes vertically!
The "Massgood Adjustable Type" is a single pipe joint that vertically raises single pipes, such as the diagonally driven single pipe pile [Scat 91] and extension single pipes. High-tension bolts are used, and the single pipe does not deform even when the bolts are tightened. ~Features of the Single Pipe Joint [Massgood Adjustable Type]~ ■ Outer diameter Φ48.6, thickness 2.4mm specification ■ Even unskilled workers can raise single pipes vertically by themselves. ■ Effective in narrow spaces where there is no room to drive a disposal pile. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

basic information
When connecting an extension pipe to a diagonally driven single pipe, rotate two adjustable clamps around the pivot point of the single pipe while simultaneously twisting the clamps to adjust and raise the single pipe vertically. This method can cause significant misalignment of the pivot point of the vertically raised single pipe, which can lead to issues when trying to align the pivot points of multiple single pipes. Insert the adjustable type "Massgood" into the diagonally driven single pipe "Scat 91," and then insert the single pipe that will be raised into the "Massgood" adjustable type. At this point, there is no need to continue holding the "Massgood" or the single pipe by hand, and there is almost no misalignment between the pivot point of the stake and the pivot point of the raised single pipe. Bolt tightening adjustments can be easily done by anyone. The recommended bolt tightening torque is 35 Nm, and the pull-out test by JQA (Japan Quality Assurance Organization) has shown a result of 60.4 kN, ensuring that there will be no disconnection or loosening at the joint. Note: This is designed for a diameter of 48.6 mm and a thickness of 2.4 mm. *Patent pending Size: 100 mm x 120 mm Weight: 1.1 kg Surface treatment: Chromate oxidation plating
