【Technical Related】 ○Circuit Formation Q: Is there a method to improve the positional accuracy of the patterns on both sides? A: We have achieved accuracy up to ±30μm. High-precision hole drilling and pattern formation can be achieved using the LDI method with a super high-speed, small-diameter drill machine. ○Bonding Gold Plating Q: Is there a surface treatment suitable for bonding on COB substrates? A: We have over 25 years of experience with COB substrates. We have an in-house line and can provide surface treatments that ensure stable bonding strength. ○Resin Sealing Leakage Q: Can we prevent resin from leaking to the backside through the through holes during resin sealing? A: It is possible to prevent resin leakage by permanently filling holes with epoxy. ○Dimensional Accuracy Q: Is there a method to improve the positional accuracy of the outline and patterns?
