Ceramic + fluororesin coating (antistatic specification) NFX-5490EC
Last year, our company developed NFX-5490, which combines ceramics and fluororesin to achieve high hardness and excellent non-stick properties. Compared to conventional fluororesin coatings, this film has significantly higher wear and scratch resistance; however, due to its insulating properties, there were concerns about the potential for static electricity or ignition/explosion in organic solvent environments. Therefore, while maintaining the characteristics of NFX-5490, we newly developed NFX-5490EC, which also has anti-static properties. With its anti-static capabilities, it can be used in organic solvent environments, and its application is expected to be broader than that of NFX-5490. *Samples are also available.
