Founded in 1982 in Miyakonojo, Miyazaki, Japan, Sunny Sealing Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of labels and precision film components. Building on the printing and adhesive converting expertise we developed through label production, we have expanded into precision die-cutting of optical and functional films and high-precision slitting. Our headquarters factory is equipped with cleanrooms and supports precision processing with dimensional accuracy from ±30 μm. Our products are used in the medical, automotive, semiconductor, and aerospace industries. Our nonconformance rate was 0.045% of shipments in fiscal 2025.
