Founded in 1982 in Miyakonojo, Miyazaki, Japan, Sunny Sealing Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of labels and precision film components. Building on the printing and adhesive converting expertise we developed through label production, we have expanded into precision die-cutting of optical and functional films and high-precision slitting. Our headquarters factory is equipped with cleanrooms and supports precision processing with dimensional accuracy from ±30 μm. Our products are used in the medical, automotive, semiconductor, and aerospace industries. Our nonconformance rate was 0.045% of shipments in fiscal 2025. From material selection and process design to prototyping, small lots, and mass production, we support your project from start to finish. Our work has won the Highest Excellence Award at the World Label Contest and the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award at the All Japan Label Contest. ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 certified.
Business Activities
■ Label and Sticker Printing Industrial, medical, and commercial labels, including heat-resistant, solvent-resistant (patented), removable, and cleanroom labels. Produced with flexographic, digital, and precision screen printing. ■ Precision Die-Cutting and Laminating Protective and fixing films for optical units, double-sided tapes, OCA, and other precision die-cut and laminated components, processed in our cleanroom. ■ High-Precision Slitting High-precision slitting of functional films and adhesive tapes. ■ Prototyping and Development Custom label and component development, from material selection to process design.
