By applying our Joule heating technology, food is continuously passed through an alternating high electric field device while a high voltage is applied, causing damage to microorganisms. Due to the electric field effect, a high sterilization effect can be achieved with only 1/30 of the thermal history compared to conventional thermal sterilization.
