Compact and capable of continuous large-scale processing.
A fluidized dryer is a type of dryer that sends hot air from the bottom to the dried material on a perforated plate, fluidizing the material so that it floats in the hot air, which significantly increases the heat transfer rate. The dried material is suitable for powders, and since the contact state with the hot air is good, there is no temperature difference in the dried material, allowing for uniform drying. The amount of hot air is set based on the relationship between the size and density of the dried material and the terminal velocity and minimum fluidization velocity, so it is necessary for the dried material to be of a certain size. 【Features】 ■ High heat capacity coefficient ■ Easy adjustment of residence time ■ Short drying or cooling time ■ Few moving parts, making maintenance simple ■ Compact device capable of large-scale processing *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
