The "SM-4S" is a airless spray fluxer that does not require air equipment and can be used with only an AC100V power supply. It can be integrated into your currently used automatic soldering device. Since it uses an airless method, the adhesion efficiency of the flux is high, and there is no deterioration or oxidation of the flux due to impurities in the air (water, oil, dust, etc.). Additionally, there is almost no clogging of the nozzle. The mist is fine, allowing the flux to penetrate even into the interior of through-holes, resulting in better soldering. With low-pressure spraying, there is less diffusion of the flux, making maintenance within the device easier.
