The long-distance temperature maintenance or freeze prevention TEK series resistance heater cable is suitable for temperature maintenance and freeze prevention in long piping that cannot be handled by parallel resistance heater cables like self-regulating types. It can supply power to circuits up to 3,658 meters long with a single power source. By using TEK's series electrical circuit, the watt output per meter is kept constant along the entire length of the cable, and there is no voltage drop, allowing for constant output within the series circuit, making it suitable for more accurate temperature control.
