Even under load operation, the current value hardly decreases, and sub-micron particles are easily captured!
The "DXNs-EP" is an electric dust collector designed to remove dioxins, with a discharge electrode placed at the center and pipe-shaped collection electrodes arranged in all directions, allowing discharge in all directions from the discharge electrode. Even if the distance between the electrodes changes due to hammering or other factors, stable discharge can be achieved by maintaining the distance between the electrodes plus an optimal clearance. This enables stable high current even at low voltage. Since there is no escape route for exhaust gases, even sub-micron particles are constantly attracted to the collection electrodes in all directions by Coulomb forces, allowing for high-efficiency dust collection. 【Features】 ■ Maintains stable high current values ■ Can remove water vapor and make exhaust gases transparent ■ Reduces dioxin emissions from exhaust gases without the need for slaked lime or activated carbon ■ Thin and compact ■ Economical *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

basic information
**Merits** ■ By making the discharge electrode obtuse or close to obtuse, it becomes highly resistant to corrosion and can maintain a stable high current value over the long term. ■ It can suppress the emission of dioxins in exhaust gases without the use of slaked lime or activated carbon. ■ Since there is no need for filter replacement costs like with bag filters, maintenance costs are very economical. *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.*

Company information
Our company is small, but we have applied for patents for electric dust collectors and sludge solidification treatment devices. Currently, we are providing environmental purification technology consulting based on cutting-edge environmental purification technologies, and we are involved in the development and planning of environmental purification devices. We have also developed and are selling environmental purification products, including the dioxin removal coagulant Ultra Separate SDS, the heavy metal removal coagulant Ultra Separate S300, and the turbidity coagulant Ultra Separate MC, which is effective for a wide range of applications from organic wastewater treatment to the purification of lake water quality. Additionally, we are currently selling a dihydrate gypsum semi-hydration device that can convert waste gypsum boards after crushing and separation into recyclable raw materials. We are also developing solidifying agents for soil conditioners, high-moisture sludge, and heavy metal-containing sludge using the semi-hydrated gypsum produced from the dihydrate gypsum semi-hydration device, and we plan to sell these as well. We intend to continue developing products and items based on environmental purification technology in the future.
