We are currently seeking companies for technical assistance contracts. This invention allows for stable discharge from the plate electrodes by providing an optimal gap distance and clearance. The discharge electrodes have a blunt angle or a shape close to it, making them resistant to corrosion and capable of maintaining a stable high current over the long term.
