Successfully significantly reduced the costs of ancillary equipment and deodorization systems!
The "TED Gas Control System" continuously detects the solvent concentration in the exhaust gas of dryers and automatically controls the exhaust air volume to reach a pre-set concentration. By combining this system with deodorization equipment, significant reductions in exhaust air volume and the design of a system with low energy consumption can be achieved, as well as substantial reductions in ancillary equipment and deodorization costs. High-level optical technology and the latest electronics technology enable high cost performance. 【Features】 ■ Compact and low-cost ■ Long lifespan and maintenance-free ■ No sensitivity degradation ■ Various malfunction prevention functions ■ No warm-up operation required *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Effects** - Stably measure the solvent gas concentration in the drying equipment over a long period to ensure safety. - Control the solvent gas concentration in the drying equipment consistently. → This significantly reduces the thermal energy source for drying, resulting in substantial energy savings. - The overall exhaust air volume decreases. → This allows for a smaller capacity of the solvent treatment system, reducing investment costs and installation space. - The solvent gas concentration entering the solvent treatment system increases, leading to reduced auxiliary fuel costs. (In catalytic treatment systems, "self-ignition" is always possible.) *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.*
