This is a pan head screw incorporating a nylon 66 set washer (NNS series). It prevents the washer from falling off when the screw is removed, thereby reducing the workload during assembly. The washer has excellent abrasion resistance, oil resistance, and gas barrier properties. It is compliant with EU-RoHS standards.

To enhance adhesion to screws and improve rust resistance, a copper plating is applied as a base layer under the nickel plating.
