Brass + small screw with nylon washer, nickel-plated
This is a pan head screw incorporating a nylon 66 set washer (NNS series). Since the washer does not come off the screw, it eliminates the hassle of setting the washer, improving work efficiency. The washer excels in abrasion resistance, oil resistance, and gas barrier properties. It is compliant with EU-RoHS standards.

Applications/Examples of results
Brass has excellent electrical conductivity, making it suitable for use in strong and weak electrical devices and conductive parts. It has outstanding corrosion resistance, which is further enhanced by nickel plating, also increasing its decorative appeal. Nickel plating is widely used for decorative purposes and has a mirror-like luster. Its rust prevention capabilities are superior to those of chromate treatment or trivalent chromate treatment. To improve adhesion to screws and enhance rust prevention, a copper plating is applied as a base layer for nickel plating.
