**Overview** The killer agent we propose eliminates the floating paint residue and the adhesion of thick sludge, simplifying the recovery process. Additionally, the collected sludge can have 50% of its moisture removed through natural dewatering in cloth bags over two days. Furthermore, considering environmental compatibility, we have proposed a water-wash type booth for the painting process. Pumped water flows in a curtain-like manner over the water flow plate, capturing and washing away paint mist, while finer paint mist is knocked off by a shower.
