  Four 2100×1600 size tabletops are neatly arranged in a water booth with an opening of 8000mm. The water booth effectively collects paint mist using water, preventing paint splatter and avoiding paint adhesion to other products. Additionally, with the installation of air intake filters and air supply devices, clean outside air can be brought into the room, minimizing dust accumulation on the products. There is ample space, making handling easy.

  This is the grinding work done with a level sander. The level sander is effective for grinding large flat surfaces. It works by pressing down on the rotating sandpaper with an air cylinder pad to shave off the surface of the product. Since fine adjustments to the machine are essential, experience is necessary to master it, but for items with the same dimensions and large tabletops, it significantly improves work efficiency and provides a uniform finish.

  Depending on the shape of the top board, we will differentiate between using a level sander and a belt sander to finish the sharpening.

  Marking work to ensure there are no remaining sharpening marks is essential.

  Once the sharpening is done, the next step is to polish it with an automatic buffer. At PiAx, when setting up large and heavy items like this large tabletop, we use not only human power but also the assistance of a forklift.
