We will accurately measure the "shape" of the egg using laser beam irradiation.
The "DET6000" is an egg quality measurement device that employs a laser beam to accurately measure the height of egg whites by illuminating the egg with a laser beam. The computer instantly measures the height of the egg white from the measurement data and automatically calculates the Haugh unit value. It uses a digital method and laser parallel beam for measurement. Its high resolution and repeatability are technologies that are applicable not only in Japan but also worldwide. 【Features】 ■ Measurement of egg weight and egg yolk ■ Simplified measurement of eggshell strength ■ Accuracy and ease of use with a global perspective ■ Adoption of transparent trays and special mirrors ■ Provides abundant egg quality data *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Nabel Corporation is the first manufacturer in Japan to develop a fully automatic egg sorting and packaging system. Each egg is subtly different in shape, size, weight, and shell strength. It was very challenging to develop a system that could accommodate all of these variations. However, this difficulty led to the creation of many patented technologies. The eggs displayed beautifully in stores are mostly packed using Nabel's system in Japan. Our company deliberately challenges the notion of "creating extraordinary products" and aims to deliver products that truly bring joy to people.
