Significant cost reduction possible with energy-saving! Electrostatic oil purifier that can remove oxidized and degraded substances from oil.
CleanTech's "EDC" is an oil purification machine capable of removing all types of waste that do not dissolve in oil, regardless of whether they are metals, non-ferrous metals, organic substances, or inorganic substances. A major feature is its ability to remove oxidized contaminants in oil, which are often difficult to eliminate with filters and account for many hydraulic equipment failures. By extending the lifespan of oil, it enables the maintenance of a clean environment. This leads to a reduction in hydraulic troubles, stabilization of cycle times, and a decrease in warm-up periods, thereby improving productivity. 【Features】 ■ Removal of oxidized contaminants ■ Maintenance of a clean environment ■ Significant cost reduction ■ Improvement in productivity *For more details, please refer to the catalog. Company information
Clean Tech Co., Ltd. has been engaged in research on lubrication management since its establishment as a research institute in 1961, and it introduced the world's first electrostatic oil cleaning machine that purifies oil using electric power. As of 2023, we continue to conduct research on the purification of oils and fats using static electricity and the production of purification devices (filtration). Recently, the 17 goals of the SDGs have been highlighted in the media. There are cases where our technology can be applied. Leveraging our experience and knowledge as pioneers in oil purification, cleaning, and filtration devices for lubricants and hydraulic oils, we aim to provide technological innovation to our customers, address environmental issues head-on, and develop presentations that meet the needs of the new era. We tackle environmental conservation and cost reduction directly, supporting a livable planet and achieving environmental protection and cost reduction in various industrial facilities.
