Promotion of effective use of non-standard fruits and vegetables!
At Liberty House Co., Ltd., in addition to vegetable paste processing, we also handle the processing of citrus seeds, whole fruit peel paste processing, and whole vegetable paste processing that includes seeds. Additionally, by incorporating the know-how from Shinshu University, we decompose and separate the food cell walls, which cause graininess when incorporating and kneading non-standard vegetables and non-edible parts of vegetables into food, through special treatment and mechanical processing, resulting in an extremely smooth paste. 【Features】 ■ Effective utilization of non-standard fruits and vegetables ■ Extremely smooth paste processing ■ Reduction of waste costs ■ Expected improvement in nutritional value *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Liberty House Co., Ltd. is a company engaged in the processing and sales of vegetable paste, vegetables, fruits, frozen desserts, beverages, Western-style confections, cosmetics, and more. We have introduced the "HEM System," which finely crushes and breaks down the cells of the ingredients. The paste produced using this method has a very smooth texture due to its fine particles and can be easily dissolved in milk, water, or hot water, with almost no residue left from the ingredients. We provide ingredients for various clients, including Japanese and Western confectionery shops, food manufacturers, and facilities for the elderly.
