The "TSFG-W" is a sintering furnace equipped with a D.W.D. (degreasing device) that supports continuous processing of iron-based components at around 1150°C. Contaminated atmosphere gases are discharged outside the furnace, ensuring stable operation at all times. The ceiling lid and main body can be easily separated, making inspection, cleaning, and maintenance convenient.
