It can stir while minimizing air entrapment and foaming, and is widely usable from one-gallon cans and pails to drums.
The "C-MIX Handy Type Stirring Machine" is a versatile handheld mixer that can be used in various locations, including one-gallon cans, pails, drums, and small tanks. Equipped with C-MIX instead of a blade-type stirring body, it can mix while suppressing air entrapment and foaming. Unlike mixers that push liquid with blades, it generates a stirring flow through centrifugal force, resulting in low resistance, allowing women to easily mix with one hand. With no protrusions like blades, it exerts very little shear force, preventing damage or alteration to the properties of the materials. This product is available in both electric motor and air motor versions. Please choose according to your usage environment. 【Features】 ■ Low shear ■ Prevents sedimentation ■ Minimal liquid splatter ■ Easy to operate ■ Safe with no protrusions *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Company information
AquaTex Co., Ltd. utilizes the blade-less centrifugal mixing device C-MIX to propose solutions to the challenges and issues related to mixing that arise in manufacturing and development settings. **Features** C-MIX: - Reduces the incorporation of air and bubbles during mixing. - Distributes the mixing flow throughout the entire tank using centrifugal force. - Effectively eliminates sediment with powerful suction, and is also suitable for high-viscosity liquids. - Does not have protrusions like blades, allowing for mixing without damaging or degrading the materials. - Can be manufactured in various materials and sizes, including stainless steel, aluminum, and plastic (resin), to suit mixing conditions. For example: - Struggling with air or bubble contamination during mixing. - Wanting to reduce the risk of contamination (foreign material inclusion) during mixing. - Looking to eliminate sediment that settles at the bottom of containers. - Wanting to uniformly mix lightweight powders that float on the liquid surface without incorporating air. - Needing to mix quickly but concerned that strong mixing will degrade the liquid due to shear. - Wanting to reduce accidents caused by contact with blades. We address various other mixing issues as well. Please feel free to contact us.
