CBN grinding stone & diamond grinding stone
"X POWER" is a dresser that can efficiently handle both truing (balancing and reshaping) and dressing (sharpening) of super abrasive grinding wheels (CBN and diamond wheels) simultaneously. It is highly effective not only for resin bond wheels but also for vitrified bond and metal bond super abrasive grinding wheels, significantly reducing truing time compared to conventional methods (such as soft steel grinding or truing with WA, etc.). Additionally, it can accommodate the shapes and sizes desired by customers, so please feel free to consult us. 【Features】 ■ The cutting performance after truing is extremely good ■ The structure and usage method are simple ■ Shapes can be changed according to application ■ Equipment operating rates improve dramatically ■ No dust is generated like with general grinding wheels (WA, GC, etc.) *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
