The Layflat Photo Album Binding Machine fastBook Professional 600 is a fully automatic binding machine that finishes sheet-fed printed paper into layflat books. It can handle layflat binding with a maximum size of 457mm x 457mm (maximum spread width of 914mm). The spine gluing is done by sandwiching cardboard, and then binding is performed. It automatically feeds paper and chipboard, scores the paper in the middle, folds it, and binds it by applying hot melt adhesive to each piece of chipboard. With layflat binding, it is possible to create panorama spreads that open completely flat, making it particularly suitable for high-end photo books, presentation materials with a premium feel, and catalog books.

It fully automates the feeding of paper and chipboard, scores the paper, folds it, and performs pressure bonding using hot melt glue.
