【Coating Features】 ● AS Coat This surface treatment (coating) has excellent non-stick properties and wear resistance. It does not degrade in non-stick performance even when scraped with a file, and due to its large surface roughness (protrusions), it also provides good grip. ● AC Coat This surface treatment (coating) has excellent heat resistance and wear resistance, along with non-stick properties. Its heat resistance is higher than that of AS Coat, and it features a special ceramic coating that also offers excellent chemical resistance. ● CS Coat This surface treatment has excellent non-stick properties and wear resistance. It does not degrade in non-stick performance even when scraped with a file, and due to its small surface roughness (protrusions), it causes less damage to transported items. ● WC Coat This surface treatment (coating) has excellent heat resistance and wear resistance, along with non-stick properties and sliding characteristics. While its non-stick performance is inferior to other coatings, it has the best sliding characteristics among them.
