In clean rooms, even slight protrusions can disrupt airflow. The double-glazed observation window*1 is frameless and flat, and the hinges and door check are also built into the door itself*2, making it flat. Furthermore, the standard aluminum outer frame has the same thickness as the door itself, making it flat. Only the handle for opening and closing and the lock for securing*3 are exposed, while everything else from the frame to the door is truly full flat. It is also possible to manufacture with steel or stainless steel frames to match the wall thickness, but in that case, the frame and door will not be flat.
