This is a lightweight steel door designed to meet fire protection equipment standards, using 0.8mm electric galvanized steel plate (bonded steel plate) for the surface material and ceramic honeycomb for the core material, classified as a structural specification (also referred to as illustrative specifications). The interior of the door utilizes an aluminum frame, achieving a lightweight design while maintaining steel construction. Options for installing windows or grilles are available, and the door body is surrounded by 1.6mm thick steel edge material. *Note 1: We believe this product meets the requirements of relevant laws and regulations for fire protection equipment; however, interpretations of the law may vary depending on the inspecting administrative agency. We recommend confirming the product's compliance with local administrative agencies in the area where it will be installed in advance. *Note 4: Please inquire about the fire resistance performance when a grille is installed.

✔ Since it is a specific fire prevention facility and fire prevention equipment according to structural regulations, certification documents are not required. ✔ The interior of the door is made of an aluminum frame and honeycomb material (ceramic honeycomb), making it very lightweight. ✔ In addition to the rust prevention specification with local painting, it also supports baked painting (solvent) at our own factory. ✔ Windows and grilles can be accommodated as options. ✔ Manufactured by a cleanroom door manufacturer with high dimensional accuracy, all are custom-made to the millimeter. *Note 1: We believe this product meets the requirements of relevant laws and regulations for fire prevention equipment; however, interpretations of the law may vary depending on the inspecting administrative agency. We recommend confirming the product's compliance with local administrative agencies prior to installation. *Note 2: If no specifications are provided, it will be coated with our designated acrylic resin paint. If specified in advance, it can also be coated with urethane-based paint or fluororesin paint. *Note 3: Only 6.8mm wired glass is available. *Note 4: Please inquire about the fire resistance performance when a grille is installed.
