Easy-to-install simple inspection door
This is a lightweight inspection door that has been made thinner compared to insulated panel type inspection openings. The 【DF20-S】 is a lightweight inspection opening with a thinner hatch compared to aluminum flush doors like DR. The frame is designed with a wing (flange) to be mounted on metal panels ranging from 40mm to 50mm, allowing for installation without reinforcement. Additionally, the same surface material as the panel can be used, enabling free selection of surface materials according to the room's usage. The opening and closing method is a tightening type, and if it's for wall use, a magnetic catch can also be utilized. The 【DF20-T】 is a simple inspection opening with a transparent hatch section of the DF20 inspection door. It can be used as a window for observation to monitor the inspection target and can also be opened and closed as an inspection opening. The hatch section can use a 5mm thick resin-based surface panel, with options for PVC, polycarbonate, and PET (polyethylene terephthalate). The tightening handle is common with the DF20, and a magnetic catch can also be used for wall applications. It is an excellent solution for smartly handling operational devices that need to be concealed but cannot be easily hidden, such as smoke vent operators and various control panels.
