"Simplicity" It allows precise control of temperature, time, and pressure. Temperature changes are graphically displayed in real-time. "Contribution" It contributes to the manufacturing of power modules and multi-devices. "Benefits" Sintering temperature can be set up to 300°C. Preheating lamp, sintering lamp, and cooling lamp can each be set individually. The height of components can be adjusted with five adjustment plates on the drawer side. The flow control valve for N2 protective gas allows for adjustment even after components are set in the insert drawer.
