This is a case study of the press processing of motorcycle parts "Sprocket (SPCC)" that has minimized press deformation and achieved value analysis (VA). The thickness varies by part number, but it ranges from t=2.0 to 4.0, and the material is SPCC. In conventional products, a polishing process was necessary to eliminate press deformation, but we have established a technology to minimize press deformation and achieve VA.
