The odor from the kiln at the cement factory was resolved as follows: 【Case Flow】 Step 1: Odor Control Consultation - Visualization of Odor We investigated whether the source of complaints was due to our own odors or those from other companies. In the case of our own odors, we first examined which exhaust outlets were emitting odors and the strength of those odors, visualizing the odor emission situation. Step 2: Consideration of Deodorization Equipment Based on the data obtained from the consultation, we compared and evaluated deodorization equipment. Taking into account the advantages and disadvantages, as well as cost performance, the deodorant microgel spray unit was selected. Step 3: Deodorant Microgel Spray System - Practical Testing Before introducing the equipment, we used a prototype to determine deodorization effectiveness, appropriate spray volume, and concentration. This helps prevent the situation of "buying a deodorization device and failing" and allows us to avoid incurring unnecessary running costs. Step 4: Introduction of Deodorant Microgel Spray System The test results for the deodorant were also favorable. The actual deodorization equipment is designed each time to achieve optimal conditions for deodorization, and specifications are determined in accordance with the customer's internal regulations.
