Attention those troubled by white smoke from ammonium chloride fumes generated in the manufacturing process! We completely eliminate white smoke with a special fiber filter.
In manufacturing processes, when hydrochloric acid and ammonium undergo a chemical reaction, it results in white smoke-like ammonium chloride fumes (also known as "sal ammoniac fumes"). Due to the fine particle size of these fumes, they are often not removable even with the installation of packed scrubbers. Our white smoke removal device collects and completely removes these fumes through a special fiber filter. 【Features】 ■ Capable of completely removing fine sal ammoniac fumes that cannot be addressed by general mist separators or scrubbers like demisters. ■ Total support for scrubber (gas washing) and fume (white smoke) removal is also available. ▶▶ For customers who want to evaluate the effectiveness, we also offer rental of test units! ◀◀ *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Company information
In modern society, where preventing environmental pollution and protecting the natural environment have become essential conditions for the survival of businesses, we propose solutions to the issues of industrial wastewater and exhaust gases generated from industrial activities across various sectors, as well as improvements in efficiency through their reuse and energy conservation. Additionally, we have begun domestic supply support for biogas power plants. We will contribute to solving energy issues by providing biogas power plants, a locally produced and consumed form of renewable energy that generates valuable electricity, organic compost, and waste heat from unwanted materials such as livestock waste and food scraps, throughout Japan.
