basic information
The oil smoke and heat pass through water inside the OMC, cooling down to below 100°C before being directly discharged outside. This reduces indoor oil stains and maintains a clean indoor environment. Additionally, since oil dust does not accumulate in the duct, it prevents duct fires caused by spontaneous combustion. In HI-COOK Cafe vol.008 and 025, the OMC type is introduced as a circulation filtration system that keeps the oil clean in the HI-COOK fryer. Please take a look.
