To maintain the freshness of food (such as vegetables and fruits) during logistics and to prevent mold.
Many freshness-preserving agents for fruits and vegetables aim to maintain freshness by adsorbing ethylene gas produced through respiration, thereby suppressing overripening. Karashido can inhibit the generation and release of ethylene gas, which is an aging hormone, thanks to the action of wasabi and mustard components (allyl isothiocyanate), helping to keep freshness for a longer time. Additionally, the strong antibacterial properties of the wasabi and mustard components suppress the growth of mold and bacteria, creating a "space that is less prone to decay." It is a long-selling product that protects ingredients and is well-received by customers. 【Features】 ■ Safety ■ Antibacterial effect ■ Freshness preservation ■ Longevity *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
