Digital sensor output driver with surge protection function 'TIOS101'
The TIOS101 device can be configured as a high-side, low-side, or push-pull driver and has built-in reverse polarity protection. It features IEC 61000-4-5 surge resistance of 1.2kV (500Ω) and allows for easy connection to controller circuits through a simple interface that can be programmed via pins. Output current limitation can be set using an external resistor. It includes fault notifications and internal protection features for voltage drop, overcurrent, and overtemperature. 【Features】 ■ Supply voltage: 7V to 36V ■ Output configurable as PNP, NPN, or push-pull ■ Low residual voltage: 1.75V at 250mA ■ Current limit can be set from 50mA to 350mA ■ Resistance to transient voltage of ±65V for less than 100μs ■ Reverse polarity protection up to 55V at VCC, OUT, and GND *For more details, please contact us.
