[Japan Architectural Disaster Prevention Association Certified] Formwork-Free AP Method *SDGs Compliant!
[For those dissatisfied with existing seismic reinforcement] Wet spray mortar method allows for construction equivalent to concrete!
The "AP Method" is a seismic reinforcement technique that uses a completely pre-mixed mortar, which pursues the necessary performance as a seismic reinforcement material and workability as a material for spray application, through wet spraying. 【Two Improvement Points】 Materials: Changed the weight ratio of sand aggregate to 65% using blast furnace slag. Construction: Reduced mixing water from 40% to 14%, a 65% reduction. On-site, it is possible to produce the required amount simply by adding water and mixing. Formulation management is also easy, providing economic benefits. Additionally, since it is a wet spraying method, dust dispersion during construction is relatively low, resulting in less contamination on-site. 【Features】 ■ Can be constructed in sites with water restrictions as no bleeding water is generated. ■ Can be constructed using a simple mortar pumping system. ■ Suitable for construction in narrow spaces, construction while occupied, no formwork required, and short construction periods. ■ Incorporates high-performance reinforcement fibers (PVA fibers) to suppress cracking. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
