It features a newly developed "Pinpoint LED" as the light source. The Pinpoint LED is an LED light source that produces a focused light spot similar to a laser. This allows for the detection and positioning of small parts, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The output employs a "Push-Pull circuit," which can output both PNP and NPN signals. Depending on the application you are using, you can choose either PNP or NPN. The setting method utilizes "qTeach," which involves setting the sensor by holding a driver over the recessed area at the bottom of the sensor body. Designed with attention to detail, the OR18 series is a photoelectric sensor that can demonstrate its performance and ease of use in many applications.
