No differences in sensory perception among individuals! Development of a "floating" inspection method as a substitute for sound inspection.
At Sanxin Building Materials Industry Co., Ltd., we aim to provide accurate inspections that yield consistent results, regardless of who conducts them, for investigations of "floating" in structures (mortar) and precise inspections after "floating" repairs. Using a method called "V-transmission," we propagate ultrasonic waves into the structure, detecting delamination (voids) inside the structure from the waveforms of the reflected ultrasonic waves. Since ultrasonic waves can be emitted and propagated through the air, there is no need for a contact medium. 【Features】 ■ Inspection results can be saved as data ■ No differences due to human perception ■ Ultrasonic waves can be emitted and propagated through the air ■ No need for a contact medium *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company was established in May 1963 in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture, specializing in waterproofing, painting (at that time plastering), and flooring construction. We have inherited the spirit of our founding management philosophy: "To contribute to society through the creation of new value, aiming for diversification and internationalization as a collective of experts. By leveraging our refined skills and cultivated knowledge, or 'wisdom,' we aim to create broad demand, respond to customer needs, and consolidate our employees' overall capabilities to expand into a highly profitable enterprise." We have started new businesses that serve as pillars by aligning our philosophy with the trends of the times. Since 2014, we have established a development room within Sanshin Building Materials Co., Ltd., promoting the use of drones as a next-generation inspection system. Additionally, we are advancing joint research and development with venture companies and universities on ultrasonic inspection devices that do not require sound inspection by skilled workers, as well as the exterior wall inspection lifting robot "NOBORIN." We have participated in various advanced technology demonstrations hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and our activities have been recognized, earning us the "Regional Future Leading Company" certification from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry. We will continue to strive to be a company that contributes to society through the creation of new value, in line with our philosophy.
